Archie Sumovskij

Archie started his career in hospitality and retail in London. For five years, he witnessed some
extraordinary events and made some great friends along the way. But in 2005, Archie embarked on
a new journey. He applied for a lettings negotiator position and instantly became consumed by the
diversity of the industry with the capacity for learning and teaching. Working for multiple estate
agencies, Archie:

• Learnt his craft as a mainstream developer – setting up entire departments.
• Achieved a Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management (NFoPP)

Archie then founded Maxwell Properties in November 2014. Step by step, he’s nurtured his team to
ensure they deliver the highest quality of service to our clients. He’s a man on a mission but makes
sure everyone still enjoys the ride.

Tatjana managed an industry-leading agency in tourism for over ten years across Europe. Her strong understanding of client relationships, prioritising the needs of both occupiers and investors makes her a vital cog in the Maxwell machine. Since joining us as a letting agent, Tatjana has:

• Established herself as a specialist in HMO and residential lettings across London.

Exceeding expectations at every turn, Tatjana dedicates herself to the prosperity of our company. With her Latvian origins and Russian knowledge, Tatjana celebrates diversity and loves to connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds. She’s also a certified globetrotter. After studying law, Clarissa started her career with a work placement at a law firm in Brazil. Switching Brazil for Britain, Clarissa continued her studies by attaining a degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management at Sunderland University. Clarissa soon established herself as a delegator, organiser, and versatile asset early on in her career. Her rich variety of work includes:

• Working as an assistant manager at several leading travel agencies.
• Establishing departments at a serviced apartment Company.

In 2016, Clarissa felt it was time to join forces with her husband Archie at Maxwell Properties. She played a critical role in helping us become the organisation you see today. Fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian, if you ever need a crash course in languages or a hand buying a property abroad, Clarissa is the señora for you.

Esmyra Agajeva

Esmyra started life in Lithuania before moving to London in 2009. Lucky for us, Esmyra’s fleeting visit to England’s capital became a permanent one after falling in love with the city and its people. Following a successful four-year stint in hospitality, Esmyra decided to try something new. She joined our team in 2014, bringing some incredible stories with her and going on to achieve rapid success:

• While in hospitality, Esmyra served Muhammad Ali’s brother and the Queen’s sister.
• After six months of joining us as an administrator, Esmyra was promoted to our Property Manager.

Esmyra is fluent in Lithuanian, English and Russian, and believes there’s always something new to learn from people and experiences.
She looks after a broad residential property portfolio, making sure the rent is paid on time, coordinating contractors, tending to maintenance issues, and ensuring the tenancy is running
smoothly from beginning to end. One thing’s for sure, her time serving royalty has pushed us to set new standards only fit for a king or queen.
